· After finding a property you’re interested in, contact us right away to set up an appointment to view the property.

· Because all of our properties are occupied, we must give at least 24 hour notice before viewing.

· ALL parties must be present at the time of showing.

         (For example:  If viewing a 3 bedroom house, all 3 renters must be present)

· CALL SOON - OUR PROPERTIES RENT QUICKLY

 

If the property is what you’re looking for then we’ll begin the leasing process.

 

1. Fill out an Application.

2. You will be given a Parental Guarantee form to be completed and returned as soon as possible.

3. At lease signing, please bring your current driver’s license or state / military ID.

· Also due at signing will be your security deposit which totals one month’s rent + $50.00 (for example: if your month’s rent totals $300.00 per person, then your security deposit will be $350.00 per person)
